I’m having a hard time falling asleep these days. I used to black out to fall asleep but now I feel like I’m an insomniac. Which then makes the following day so hard to get through as I’m exhausted. Has any one else felt this way? And if so what got you through it?

I went through a few months of this and it was absolutely miserable. I really couldn’t tell you if there was anything that kept me going other than looking back at what I had lost and thrown aside, and saying “Never again…” And I’m glad to say, it never happened again, and I hope I’ve made it through the worst of it.

It takes some time and you’ll get used to it when you develop sleep schedule, I’m still workin on it! Exercise helps or reading before bed knocks me out after I read the same line like 5 times lol.
