I’m having trouble finding something to be grateful about. I suffer clinical depression, anxiety disorder, and chronic insomnia. I average four hours of sleep a night. It seems all I do is work.

Be grateful you have a place to live
One time I was grateful for just thinking about gratitude even though I couldn’t think of something to be grateful for right then.
Gratitude is about perspective. Try these.
- I am grateful for today.
- I am grateful for my sobriety.
3)I am grateful for being clear headed enough to recognize my issues. - I am grateful for my therapists for their diagnosis, I know what to work on.
- I am grateful for sleeping 4 hours, it could have been 2.
- I am grateful to be employed.
- I am grateful to have an electronic device.
