I’m hoping to add 0000 to my 7th day of sobriety. Any recommendations? I can’t do this alone. I’ve failed over and over I just want to win this!

Yeah, let's just worry about the day you're in. You may want to find a recovery group of your choice. They'll hold you accountable & show you how they do it.

How’d ya feel this am? I’ll tell you how shitty I felt last Monday. I felt great this am (and I had a pulmonary embolism! Lol)
