I’m learning a lot about myself sitting home hunkered down alone with Covid. Where do I find sober friends 99% of my friends, co-workers all love to drink. Not a day goes by that I don’t get a text from
Someone asking to get one and for me 1’s not enough and 100’ too many. I woke up this morning thinking i drank last night because it’s the norm for me. Any books out there anyone can recommend? Thanks all- I really don’t know how to use this site.

I can not do this alone .we need people.and a program.celebrate recovery/ aa meetings.please look on line.you will find some help.:dromedary_camel:

I really didn’t want to go to meetings, and didn’t for the first six months. It was a big mistake. I was sober but miserable, things finally started getting better when got into a group and went regularly.
