i’m like 3 days clean from my first h relapse. feeling super depressed and hopeless. any na meetings in phx/tempe that 20-30 year olds go to? a lot of them here are mostly much older people who i can sometimes have trouble connecting with. thanks for any of the recommendations guys

Relapses happen. Don’t beat yourself up. Wish I could help with a recommendation but I am in WI. Just brush yourself off and keep moving forward. You will be okay. I believe in you.
