I’m looking for help-I’m tired of being tired I’m ashamed

I’m looking for help-I’m tired of being tired I’m ashamed embarrassed lost.loosing everyone around me no family never cared much about friends my dog is now gone.THANKFUL I HAVE MY LIFE BREATH AND FREEDOM- but I’m not free from toxins where do I start?!

I started by going to my doctor and getting into some out patient treatment. Some toxins require medical oversight to detox. Your doctor can help you there. I also started attending 12 step meetings my first day and now I hit atleast one meeting a day. I am coming up on 60 days and I am definitely not out of the woods! However meetings and the fellowship of AA and working the suggested program has transformed my life from one of pitiful incomprehensible demoralization to where I now can find peace one day at a time. For me-- it is not always easy, but I can say it has definitely been worth it (so far). I hope this helps.

That's right you're alive you're breathing. Greg's advice about going to a doctor is good advice. There are prescriptions nowadays that help change your brain chemistry. You're in withdrawal or so it would seem. Take care of you!

When your gratefulness is bigger than your expectations you’ve had a good day.

Thank u I wish I had a number to call wat is a meeting j can attend?

Go to the App Store on your phone and search for Meeting Guide. It’s free and really easy to use. You can find a meeting wherever you are or wherever you want to be.

Look into an inpatient/outpatient program, you can go to meeting but unless you’re going to learn different ways to cope with emotions, sobriety will be harder. Start from the root, learn about yourself, learn why you tick the way you do. And always take it one day, on minute or second at a time! Sending you support and positive energy! You can do this!:muscle:t3::black_heart:
