I have no support system at all but I want to better myself. I feel defeated.

Meetings. Get plugged into something.
I don’t know anything about meetings. Where they are, can I bring my kids, etc
Zoom you can bring the whole family, animals included. AA, na, smart, etc. Do google searches. Local in person ones also. AA or NA dot org for starts. They list them.

There is also an app you can download just to find meetings by your house. It’s called Meeting Guide. It’s blue and white. And has a picture of a chair. Download it.

Get to an AA meeting everyday. Trust me I know that feeling of defeat I relapsed hard again and nothing hurts more than the shame and embarrassment that comes with this addiction but Others are doing it like you I am doing the opposite of what I’ve been doing, getti no a routine down, and like they say you have to put your sobriety before everything else in your life, not give up get to a meeting ASAP share what you said and you’ll notice you’re not the only one with that struggle. I got on my knees here recently and actually said thank you to my higher power for being alive today. Sure it’s only 2nd day for me but man that shame, defeat, guilt is slowly going away or at simmering down. Remember someone in the program always has it worse off than you. So be grateful also congrats for taking a step forward to the app, but is highly recommend you get over to a in person meeting use Lyft or Uber or walk if you have to your sobriety is the most important thing!

There’s also an amazing app called “ In the rooms” it’s all online meetings it’s helped me a lot!! I have 8 months clean, I had 3 years but here I am today working on my year. That app has helped me ALOT!!!
