I’m not asking for much. Just a sign that I’m not invisible… that someone sees me trying, even on the days I don’t want to try anymore.

I see you, girl !! And I urge you to look up Annie Grace because she’s the absolute BEST in the field of sobriety!!! I borrowed her books for free from the library & I downloaded her app for free called This Naked Mind Companion App on my phone where there is a lot of support!! She also has a podcast & she answers reader’s questions for free on YouTube :relaxed:. Good luck!!!:purple_heart:

Having support even from strangers in the program and or recovery is so important - some one somewhere has similar. No matter what - sobriety and serenity is achieved one day at a time - sometimes - minute by minute- keep up the good work and keep reaching out for help. You got this.

I think your doing a great job even if you are struggling it's normal to have feelings and your feelings matter. Your not invisible your a trooper.

Try the NewForm app! It has helped me to stay accountable and feel seen and heard! NewForm hosts so many virtual and in-person meetings ranging from exercise to art to music to recovery focused meetings! The opposite of addiction is connection!
