I’m on day 16 because of an operation forced me to stop. I feel so good why would I start again. Feel clear and in control.

Nothing scares me more than hearing someone say “I got this”.
Have you considered seeking out the support many of us have found in the rooms of 12 step programs? If for no other reason than to take out a little extra insurance against a slip.
