I’m only 7 days in, but today I’ve been having hard conversations. My life doesn’t look like it’s going to turn out how I thought but for the first time I don’t want to use about it. I’m stronger than I thought.

You are definitely stronger than you gave yourself credit for! You had difficult conversations, survived and didn’t have to use over it. Remember that going forward and it will help as you progress in recovery!

It’s never to late at start a new life. The possibilities are endless.
I've learned reaching out, making that call when feeling weak or beaten down by life helps. It can make the difference between using and not using. Be proud of yourself for reaching out to others. Even if it's a simple post here. Nothing is worth your sobriety. Trust me. God bless
