Please go to meetings. Zoom meetings for now! Do you have the AA meeting guide app? It is a great app to find meetings

 you can listen to recovery speakers just Google search a I NNA speakers, take action to get out of your own way

Go to meetings, follow suggestions, call supports if you feel like using. I cannot stress it enough, call people when you're struggling. Lastly, DO NOT USE NO MATTER WHAT. You're stronger than you may feel.
