I’m over my head

I lost my sister 4 years ago. Her birthday is on the 24th and every year I have drank. I’ve made plans and my emotions always ended up getting the best of me. This year I’ve set my plan. I recently quit smoking cigarettes 63 days ago! So it’s much harder. My body is physically giving out. I’m sober!!!
For now. I’m so emotionally exhausted, I could use kind words of encouragement. Welcome any ideas to help me keep my chair,health,and sanity.

Hey.. sorry about your sister , it’s never easy no matter how much time has passed… it’s great that u set a plan , my advice to u is do whatever u need to do to keep yourself busy …. From my experience whenever I have alot of down time is when I have relapsed in the past , stay strong , u can do this ..your stronger then u think
