I’m proud of this woman I’ve become over the past 3- years!!! It works if you work it . Amen . A messy picture after work but I feel great . Just one day at a time.

It was a lot of hard work but most of all I had to want it!!! And I definitely HAD TO SAY GOOD BYE TO OLD- PEOPLE, PLACES, AND THINGS IN MY LIFE THAT WERE TOXIC. YOU CAN DO IT.

That’s what I did. I even had to let go of some family members because they are alcoholics. One Day At A Time is the only way for me 20 months on 6/3/22. Several zoom meetings, a great recovery team helps me a lot.
