I’m really struggling lately, my job let me go during treatment, I’m now in sober living but have no way to get groceries or anything. I’m starting to feel like it was a mistake getting help.

Your in the right place. The damage we do while drinking and using piles up over time. We can’t expect it to disappear instantly.
Hang in there and follow the treatment program.
It will get better.
