I’m sad but grateful

This morning I had a friend called me. He had relapsed last night smoking crack.

We are trying to get him in the detox now. I’m sad because he relapse

But on the other hand, I am grateful that he is alive.. I’m always reminded by the grace of God there go, I

I'm sorry about your friend, but the sad truth of the matter is sometimes we have to step over the bodies. No one forced me to find God, it's a relationship that I had to find on my own. I was in enough pain that I surrendered, which is exactly what I had to do in order to recover from a seemingly hopeless state of mind and body. Prayers for you friend, and for all those who are still sick and suffering. :pray:t2::heart:

It hurts to see our fellow addicts relapse. This disease is true insanity. It is a blessing that he made it back. As you know, recovery is a journey. As insane as this sounds, I suppose your friend needed to experience and learn a little more about how powerful this disease is. Praying for him to bounce back quickly and turn this into a positive
