I’m so happy that I got to talk recovery today in my salon and I was able to share some of my experiences and suggestions. I am happy to be 112 days sober! I hope that you all have a wonderful day today

Awesome, how do you talk recovery without feeling like your invading their space. I talk about recovery sometimes but most times I just say I don’t drink to not make anyone feel uncomfortable. The only time I talk about the rooms is when I tell my story of how I met my fiancé.

Some of my clients I’ve had for years so we get to know each other well. I just go easy and see if they are open and respond. If they keep talking, telling me their story…. I follow up with sharing more. I also do skincare… it’s pretty easy to tell who drinks more by their skin.
