Chet, I’ve been where you are, too many times. I’m my own worse critic and enemy.
Emotional sobriety is crucial to my stability and self esteem.
I’m here if you want to do some work.
Either way, I suggest you meditate & pray early in the morning, the afternoon and evening before sleep.
