Thanks George. It’s just those urges to use are so strong. I actually have to leave my money and credit cards at home when I come to work so I don’t run to the head shop and buy some Kratom.

The urge is passing. I’ll be proud of myself later but it’s still tough right now

Find a friend and do something that brings you joy! Connection is always better another hole.

You got this Billy. When you get past it make sure to be vocal about the danger of kratom I see folks here regularly who claim it is completely safe.
