I’m tapering off suboxone, I’m doing fine, but I’m stuck at one dose and I’m just finished with this stuff, I want my life back… :frowning: anyone in similar or have been in a similar situation

Kind of agree. Subs are a b*tch to withdrawal from. Just like heroin. Good luck. Will feel a ton better once gone. Guaranteed

I was one subs for 5 years and what really helped me was tapering down and then I used Kratom to deal with the withdrawal and eventually I stopped kratom too, my restless legs were horrible at night but that went away eventually too… Suboxone is a life saver at first but it is just as addictive unfortunately… you can do it tho good luck

I tried tapering I just wound up doing more, eventually I decided to just jump, I’m on day 3 now..

I don’t agree on the worse than heroin statement but hey, everyone is different I jumped from 3 8mg a day last time and although the withdrawals lingered for weeks, it got better over time and it wasn’t as intense as pain killers..just my opinion..

Didn’t say worse, said like. Know what you are going through. I’m a cold turkey kind of guy tho. Gotta do the pain to gain.

I finally did stop cold turkey I just couldn’t do the taper deal, I kept taking more than I should, so now I have 12 days clean and it’s been so tough maybe the jump from 24mg but it has been 12 days so I know it will get better and bettee
