I’m trying Naltrexone. Did it help anyone??? 
Use alcohol, you mean?
I have been on it for a few years for alcohol cravings and yes it helps me.

I take Naltrexone for alcohol abuse and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I use my coping skills. Campral worked better for me but upset my stomach. You can drink on Naltrexone, it just takes the "joy" out of it.

I take Campral with Naltrexone and previously Antabuse with Naltrexone. Having the med that essentially causes an instant and horrible hangover is more effective for me than the reduced cravings. I am glad to have the combination though.
