I am doing my best. It's frustrating being on GPS through Huber. My anxiety is always churning. It costs so much to be on the bracelet so I never get a paycheck back and I have no way to pay for cabs for so I'm always scrounging for that. I picked up a second job so now I'll be working 7pm-12am then 5am-12pm when that starts on the 6th of January. Only get one day off a week. To top it all off, the landlady of the place I'm staying at now says I can't stay here, so I have to figure out a different living situation. Ha! I'm out of my wits with stress. But at least I am sober. Despite all the stress I am still happy about that, and happy to be alive. I just wish I could catch a break, you know! I am just tired.
Congrats on making it to 130 days despite everything going on in your life. I hope you find a new place to live soon
Congratulations, keep your head up it will get better
Awesome!
Life on life’s terms…. You got this

I, and probably many others on here, have been exactly where you are now or worse. I was in sober living for 2 years and saw men come in with literally nothing but the clothes on their backs. And through the miracle of recovery they earned back jobs, families, homes, all that they had lost. It's hard work but so worth it, good luck
I believe in you
Hey don't stress. I'm going through some of the same stuff. Look at it this way, at least you are on Huber and house arrest. Sitting in jail accomplishing nothing is 10x worse. How long are you on Huber?
I sent you a friend request. We are really close in distance. DM me if you can.
Good luck
I hope you and everyone of us
make it
Yes it sounds like you have a lot on your plate but I'm here to tell you that just before the Sun rises it is the darkest time of the night you seem like a strong person and all this will only make you stronger and grateful you didn't give up so stay strong I'm praying for you
Huge congrats on your sober time!
I really admire you for sharing this. The fact that you’re still sober and grateful to be here says a lot about you.
I get the tired in your soul feeling. When it gets like that, gratitude is one of the few things that keeps us from wanting to give up. You’re already using it and it shows.
I wish I could hand you the break you deserve, because you do deserve one. Until it comes, just keep putting one foot in front of the other and stay connected here.
I’m really proud of you for being optimistic stay strong and keep going. Your break will come.
Way to go!!!
That's is awesome it was if u work it it suck if u don't
God won't give anything you can't handle he will make a way all you got to do is put your trust in the Lord or your higher power
I can tell you're a real one in your responses to the people. God bless you and all who are in this app. I've been showing it and gaining people to join cause as you know I'm in a recovery house and dealing with all that comes with it.
Congrats
stay here and watch the miracles happen.
@lara427450
CONGRATULATIONS
on your 132 of sobriety. Keep on trudging the road to a happy destiny.
Sadly you're reaping the consequences of your former actions. You wanted to dance the dance of alcohol and drugs well now it's time to pay the band. Face them head on. Do not run from them.
You can do this. Start by working the 12 steps of a good recovery program.
- Admit
- Come to believe
- Turn it over
- Clean your moral house
- Admit your faults
- Be willing to hand your faults over to a power greater than yourself
- Hit your knees and as for help
- Make a list, check it twice, find out whether you've been naughty or nice and be willing to right the wrong
- Go back to those you hurt and clean your side of the street
- Everyday check yourself and ask "Did I screw over anyone?" If your answer is year go back and straighten it out
- Continue to communicate with whom ever or whatever is stronger than you and listen. We call it prayer and meditation. I refer to it as a constant on going conversation with God and listening to what he's saying
- Talk to others who are going through the same
you're going through and guide them based on your experience.
Add me. You got this my friend.
