I mentioned earlier today marked 60 days no painkillers, 37 no alcohol, and I'm not going to lie up until last week it was not bad I had Antabuse as a crutch. I took myself off because I don't want a crutch, and by God if I do not wake up everyday now with the idea in my head to use. It's been rough fighting with myself, but group and iron therapy has kept it all at bay. These are some things ladies and gentleman. Your support system matters , what you do to make yourself proud matters. Weather the storm as it comes, STAY STRONG and utilize the tools available to you. I love you all and tomorrow is another day.
