I messed up and failed again. I feel so bad I can't believe that I did it again.
Are you going to meeting’s? I messed up and did it again sooooooo many times . Luckily I finally started a program. I’m still with family, my relationship has never been stronger, and I have a network, and sponsor to lean on EVERYTIME I get the urge. And there are many Urges……you can do it , I did. It works if you surrender to recovery.
So sorry to hear that, Belen. Keep fighting!

Go with an open mind, know there’s other options too. Don’t feel pressured by anyone to do anything but stop drinking.
If you think you need more than a group, try SAMHSA (http://www.samhsa.gov), they have a treatment locator.
Don’t give up! You can do it ! Keep trying
What’s done is done. Incorporate an honest, well rounded program of recovery into your life. Gravitate towards those who you feel have what you aspire to have in sobriety.
I’m sorry you’re feeling disappointed in yourself right now but I can assure you that self forgiveness is something you cultivate in recovery.
Good Luck !!
I’m on day 5 for the fourth time in a year. I’ve beat myself up the first three times I slipped. But I’ve read a couple times that for most people, relapse ends up as part of recovery. So this time, I’m not beating myself up but reflecting on the whys of my slipping back and learning how to recognize those triggers and trying to plan on how to confront them. For me, each previous relapse is a lesson. It’s just taken me a bit to understand that and let myself except it. DO NOT GIVE UP. You haven’t failed anything, you’ve learned!
There are zoom meeting around the clock. Go to www.thetokenshop.com there are all types of meetings. After I got out of Detox that site helped me a lot. Good luck
Your human doing human things meetings help me big sponser and asked aloy of ?
The hardest part for me was (and still is at times) making changes to nearly every aspect of my life. To say it’s been “easy” or “fun” would not only be untrue, but an outright fu*king lie. It takes “blood, sweat and tears” at times and I’m guessing you already figured that out! Keep strong, sis!
