I must be tolerant.
I must be accepting
I must be loving
I must be in radically loving filled with forgiveness in order for me to be useful towards myself and others.
To me, that’s the only way l stay sober and keep my side of the house clean and keep my inner peace
I pray that I be truly useful today towards my own self and thoughts l heal myself and the world through the purity of my conscious and subconscious.
Today, I plant 
wonderful seeds of whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is pure, whatever is peaceful, whatever is lovely, whatever is harmonious, whatever is good repute. If there’s anything excellent and worthy of praise, I want to dwell only on these things.
