Have you been to meetings? Even if it’s online, I’d rec finding a “local” meeting. That way, when you find someone that you feel a connection to, they are close by to help you when need be.

Yes I would have to agree with Craig, try a Zoom meeting locally close to you, so that way you have someone to meet in person when this is leveled out a bit or if you feel comfortable to go to in person meetings now raise your hand at the end of the meeting and let the guys know you need someone to take you through the steps 
but do use Loosid to connect And form community
What are you looking for in a sponsor? Mare sure that the two of you work well together.
