I am an intellectual and I need your help. I have avoided the steps because I had higher feelings but I fell low. I need your help
If you need help and obviously your way didn’t work.. you should try the steps now.. get a sponsor.. work the steps.. and turn your life over to God as we understand Him.. being an intellectual has nothing to do with being and alcoholic or addict.. put your trust in z as higher power other than your own..!!

Joshua if you are an intellectual, here is the book for you… I stopped drinking after 3 chapters… Allen Carr’s, “Quitting drinking without willpower”. Works for all addictions. Allen Carr should be paying me for advertisement!!! Lol. But his book is amazing. If you can fully understand the process, it helps tremendously. I’m not an AA person… for me… too much work and didn’t agree with some of it. This IS NOT A PUTDOWN OF AA! AA has saved and continues to save so many lives!

Step 1 is the only step you have to master and being grateful each day even if for being alive to feel crappy. Lol. This is what helps me and for that I am grateful.
