I need AA. As hearing people, disappointed how hearing people closed deaf people.
I really need help. How I can get hearing people open?

It is often hard to cross the language barrier. Are you completely deaf or partial? Do you lip read? Many of us in the hearing community feel completely lost when we encounter sign language. If you are patient with us we come around quickly.

Sometime I feel need go back to sob AA meeting only have interpreter. Really I want find AA that comfort

Well I don’t know that there’s meetings specifically for the deaf. I did meet a deaf person at my regular meeting a few years ago, and we ended up texting each other gratitude lists and things like that for awhile. He unfortunately relapsed and I haven’t seen or heard from him in awhile.

If youre unable to find a in person solution. Zoom has an option for live closed captioning during meetings.
