Good luck. Take a deep breath and try and relax. If you are aware that you have a disease and accept that it is a wonderful thing to understand that it can be treated. The first step is not to pick up and life will get better every day. Go to
Meetings and listen. Took me 2 rehabs and I’m approaching 10 years now and life is great . It’s not perfect but it is great.
