WOW!! I look at these posts when i get a chance i feel like everything that is kNOT meant for me keeps me posted in a LOOP , therefore i have had to become RESILIENT in my life w ppl places & tingz , no other reason than my personal preference of being kept UP TO DATE (present) , do not POST me nothin(.) peace?

When i notice these ppl places and things posting me i will talk freely but then again my personal conversations are FREE bc they make 0 sense (.)

Hope you’re doin alright. I recommend finding a meeting immediately and if you’re able, get into a detox/treatment program, give yourself the time to get healthy and clear headed.

Man, I have to admit that if I'm feeling people are out to get me it may be time to check in with my counselor. Perhaps the fight or flight has been activated. Sometimes we just need a little help.
