I need help. I got out of rehab end January I came home with a plan.
My brother had a massive heart attack and while on vaca. Mom was taken to hospital she couldn’t breath and missed the funeral. This a nightmare my brother was57. I’m numb in disbelief. I have 63 days clean. I don’t know how to handle this.
I’m sorry about your mother and brother ….. congrats on the 63 days clean , just know that if u go back to using then it’s not gonna help at all …. Reach out to any sober contacts , hit a meeting if u can …..
Sorry to hear about your loss.  Since I’ve been in recovery, I’ve lost a daughter, a sister and both of my parents I didn’t have to drink or do drugs to deal with the feelings.  sometimes we have to go through tough times like this to grow in this process. Let’s hope some of the women reach out to you here you do need some support at this time.  unfortunately, your brothers journey is over, but yours is still alive. Your brothers looking down and your mom is looking up stay strong and keep the faith.  This program works under all conditions!!
