I need help I was drunk for the last 2 days. Ive been having stomach cramps as part of withdrawal I have no family or friends as a support shstemgnt

Hey... What you are doing is incredibly hard!!!! You are human! To Stacey you are NOT a loser!!! You at least are trying!!! I am so overwhelmed from trauma/abuse I can barely function? I say that to say PLEASE celebrate the good things you have done! I don't know if it's allowed but, my email is saulpaughdiana@gmail.com if EITHER one of you need support/want to talk.... I'll do WHATEVER I can to help! I don't have family either... It's a pain most don't understand! You both can do it and I don't know either of you but, I care deeply and so badly want you both to be ok!!! Even if you don't want to talk or email... PLEASE write an update... I truly care and want to be there for both of you!!! No matter what please know you are amazing, you are both SOOOO strong!!! I know people who won't even TRY and you both are!!! Please remember how much strength you have in you! DONT GIVE UP!!!!
