Do you have the app “meeting guide” it will tell you all the meetings in your area, times and locations.
Change is hard. Keep grinding though! Because change is also beautiful. Stay in there.
Every day is a struggle if you are trying to stay sober. Whether you have 40 days or 40 years each day you wake up you can relapse. Sobriety is a journey that you will be on for the rest of your life. Just focus on what's positive in your life and what brought you to take this step. There's no right answer or anything a person can say that will guarantee you sobriety, except the fact that you believe in yourself and know you can do it. So do just that keep believing that you have the strength to make it bed sober and know that it will all work out eventually if you keep a positive attitude and don't beat yourself up to much if you slip..
It’s always harder the first 60 days but if you keep going and see the light of why you did it why you came to believe that being sober was the way to go, that also will keep you going to not go back to the ways of how it was when Drinking.. it’s not worth it to lose it all or just to go back to a deep dark cloud that’s not needed.. keep you’re mind, soul and hands busy just take each day as you can good luck but trust me when I say it’ll pass and better days are ahead of you..
Meeting, sponsor, & volunteer.
I told myself I couldn't take it any more numerous times: when I was homeless because of my drinking, when I got fired continually because of my drinking, when I sat in prison with murderers as cellmates because of my drinking, when I found myself constantly in the ER because of my drinking, and the list goes on.
But here I am today, sober and hopeful, with gratitude and ambition.
Don't give up, whatever you do.
Just make it to midnight tomorrow will be better
