The heaviness of the loss is overwhelming and it’s okay to sit in that for bit. Just keep your head in the game and remember what caused it. You can rebuild.
Stay strong I was homeless and losing my daughter till it finally clicked I was putting drugs and alcohol before her and had the nerve to say I loved her with all my heart
