I need help.
What wrong?
I am realizing that I have a drinking problem
And that’s step 1. Now it’s time for action. What would you like to do about it? What would you like to do going forward? Ask yourself these questions and we’re here for you to help you through your journey
How much are you drinking
Like a pint per day for the last month and a half. I had a lot of things happen in my life over the last year and a half and it finally seems like things were taking a toll for the better and all of a sudden I’m drinking every day for a month and I feel like I can’t stop. But I found this app and today I did not drink. I thought abt it but I didn’t.
Let me tell you where my drinking took me. Seizures, ICU, ventilators, 2 brain surgeries, massive health problems. Trust me you dont want to see how ugly it can get. Stop while you still can and live a sober life. Alcohol has brought me nothing but broken dreams and relationships. Its taken me 20 years to figure this out. Reach out and find a sponsor. You can do this. You're stronger then you think you are
How do I find a sponsor? I am new to this and tbh I haven’t shared this with anyone.
I would look up local aa meetings and call they can connect you with a sponsor. Or go to an aa meeting and there will be someone to help you
Check out my page. I have a post with a link for a 24/7 AA meeting on zoom. It's really helpful.
Thank you
Props for getting on this early. I've also been in the hospital a couple of times, and yes, shitting in a bed pan is worse than you're thinking.
