First off, it’s ok. A sponsor is not your parole officer, they are there to help and guide you. Be honest with her. Remember, they went through the same thing you are going through. Secondly, have you considered detox?
Hi Kiera. You just said the 3 hardest words. We all struggled to ask for help. We are all here because we all needed help. You have come to the right place. All of us have had our lives F’d up by not being able to control whatever substance or behaviors that were causing us so much pain and suffering. There is hope Kiera!! Be brave! You can do this.
