… for cannabis and nicotine I’m not because I don’t smoke. But weirdly enough… I have been urges or thinking about smoking and my therapist told me it’s an oral fixation, so I keep my favorite gum all the time which is Polar Ice by Xtra, when I am feeling anxious or nervous I have my gum. I would google some safe alternatives …
