I know your scared make the call you will feel better once you’re there just keep telling yourself another day and there’s going to be people who will help you please take that step you can do it :pray:t3:

I was the same way but it taught me how to pull myself back from the darkness if I ever fell down the hole again but this time I was able to pull myself out.

Worth it 100%

Taking that step is so scary! Give yourself grace and take it one day at a time! It will be hard but very worth it.

Just make the call and talk to them. Ask if you can get a tour. You’ll gain confidence.

I've been to rehab twice. The first time I went with the first place I called. I ended up leaving early because the program wasn't the right fit for me. It was more faith based and I'm an atheist. I'm not talking bad about faith based programs. They just aren't right for me.

Second time I called around until I found a good fit. I did this all within a day. It's not good to wait. I also had to keep calling because they tend not to call back. I called prepared with questions and a notebook and took notes. When I was done I went with the one I liked most

Just do it. You will be so glad you did. IDK about any other places but The Estate at River Bend is a great place

Cenikor in Waco Texas saved my life. It gave me a foundation to build on. I know it seems scary but once u take that first step it gets easier. Don't be afraid to take back your life. You deserve it.

Only thing to fear is fear itself. Go out of THE way to get out YOUR way.. when taken seriously it’s the most efficient stepping stones to a life of sobriety

It’s a very hard step to take, and only you can make the decision. But the strength and confidence you get every day knowing you don’t need it anymore is amazing, and only gets better every single day. Good luck, and just know there is nothing embarrassing about it, everyone there is feeling the same as you.

It wasn't fun but it was a great decision. I needed to get to a safe place where I could focus on my recovery. Rehab provided that.

Best thing I ever did

I was scared not to. Saved my life! I mean i don't mean to be blunt, but waiting can mean the difference in some time wasted, or maybe just a little more damage done, or maybe a life for some. Ive lost some good friends. Best decision I ever made was to get happy! I mean get sober.

You’re going to to be okay! Believe it :hugs:

No harm in doing something that is good for you

Delaying rehab can make recovery harder as addiction often worsens over time. Seeking help now gives you the best chance for a healthier future. It’s a tough step, but it’s the most important one.
