We are all wired a little differently- if you prefer physical activity A few general ideas - walking, hiking, biking, running. Mow the yard, paint a room in your house, just keep moving.
Checkout free online resources pertaining to any classes or areas on interest. If applicable look into online certifications that may be available in your field - or general use computer skills, etc.
Perhaps help an elderly neighbor or volunteer locally.
Accomplish something (big or small) each day and you will feel better than otherwise.
I get it. The Idle mind can be the playground. Small routines or meetings can help fill the gap.
