I now know to identify when I need to slow down and take a break- breathing and tapping excersises, friends in recovery and finally the warmth of the spring sun

Thank you so very much for the wonderful information.
Having suffered a large part of my life with PTSD and severe depression and anxiety. Especially social anxiety. I find it very difficult to be in the company of strangers and friends alike.
Any new place or situation sends me into a panic attack.
I'm willing to research and give this a try.
