I quit porn for about 8 years but about 2.5 years ago or so slowly started the habit. Started slow but ended up back looking at hardcore porn again. Iremember a self help blog helped me quit before. It seems like i use it because life circumstances feel bad in some ways but the porn just really makes it all worse
