I recently had a relapse after 5 1/2 months sober. I knew I was in real trouble after a week of activity, so I threw myself into detox. But now I’m back on the horse trying to work back to where I was before I relapsed. I plan to never stop this journey to sobriety because it’s really down to life and death for me at this point.

It’s great that your back. Relapse is part of recovery. We all can learn from them, but hopefully not many
