I recently relapsed after 3 1/2 years of being off all drugs. I started using meth again. N i instantly went back to shooting it. I haven't gone back to using opiates yet n i don't want to but giving into my cravings for the other feels like a huge failure

It’s only a slip, (a slip is a day) even if it’s a relapse, it’s NOT a complete failure!! You just have to pick yourself up and remember WHY you quite to begin with! YOU’VE GOT THIS🫶
