Just get back on the horse try and go 5 days. If you do 5 I will attempt a backflip and send you the video.
Stay clean tonight,; and a new day tomorrow. Just one day at a time. I know how hard it is too. Thanks for sharing

Don't discount those 4 days. Remember what worked that time. Remember what led you back to using. We have to cherish all our sober moments no matter how brief, because they are blessings from the Most High.

What helps me is "playing the tape forward."
I honestly couldn't stop at one drink. My first time trying, I made it 90 days and thought.. I am fine. But nope, one drink turned into weeks of chaos.
I know myself better now. Had to do AA 3 meetings a day for a year. Now I'm getting close to 4 years sober.
