I’ve been listening to the Loosid podcasts non stop when I need to keep distracted this week. I think I’m on episode 16. The host keeps repeating the same phrases over each episode and I was getting tired of it but I needed to keep hearing a familiar phrase. He says the 3 words an addict never wants to say is “I need help”. Today is Saturday. Last week Saturday I woke up with no bottle to reach for and I’ve been dry for a week now. Today Saturday I admitted to my wife I need help.
