I slipped this week. I went 5 days and slipped. I am grateful for noticing it. Embracing the mistake and journaling on how I can overcome that urge WHEN it comes again.

The best thing you can do is reach out to someone else who is going through it or has been there. I can be hard, but we all go through this together if you let it.
