I stopped drinking heavily a few days ago and I can't keep any food down, barely water, heavy sweating, can't sleep. How long does this last?

Mine lasted almost a week. Detoxing from weed, meth, and alcohol was terrible but not as terrible as fentanyl detox was for me my goodness that was insane I felt like I was going to die literally I was crying and physically couldn't get out of bed. I told my boyfriend at the time please help me I'm dying he said no the f you are not your detoxing from fent. I understand what your going through tho hun. I could not detox at home and had to go to rehab to at least detox to help me stay sober because I have 2 year old I wanted to sleep my blood pressure was high like straight up through the roof I was constipated had terrible gas and constipation cramps that took me to my knees, I cried for hours on end like a baby, I felt like I was starving but my body couldn't hold anything down I was just a mess. I sweated badly with cold chills thank God for the nurses at the rehab center for helping me without them I would still be using. I wanted to sleep all day and at night I cried and missed my toddler nights were the worse. On top of it all I had extreme tooth pain from a cavity which I'm getting pulled Thursday. Ugh the withdrawals are what's keeping me from never using again.
Totally agree... I never want to go through that again. Turns out it can be a vital remember when.
Do you need medical detox? Detoxing off alcohol can be dangerous
