I struggle with nemfomania; I've been clinically diagnosed 19 years ago, and it's my strongest addiction; I attend an SA group, and well my girlfriend says you sure do love $ex. I responded with it's a beautiful feeling, but I'm curious on any advice anyone has with this

It’s as real and as destructive as any other addiction. In my experience, I have found that working a 12 step program is “a” solution to all of them. I’m sure there are other paths as well, but if you truly work a daily 12 step program, it can help you live a more harmonious life while you go thru the ups and downs of living life on life’s terms
