We all feel this way from time to time my dude. Sometimes it last weeks, but you really should give yourself more credit. It’s one thing to know your flaws so that you can fix them. But telling yourself you’re no good at something you clearly care about is setting yourself up for failure. And you won’t fail, because you can’t. You got people counting on you. :purple_heart: stay strong

Hi, Tommy. You don't suck. It takes guts to admit to strangers you're struggling.

You can be sober just like the rest of us. Hit up some meetings. Get a sponsor. Tell yourself daily you can do this.
