I thank God every morning for another day on Earth. I’m grateful for the warm temps, sunshine, and birds chirping. I’m grateful I live in a neighborhood where people are out walking all the time. I’m grateful for people who think of me when they need a reliable person to help them.
Im grateful for a loving husband with whom I have no ugly past, someone who loves me and I know it every single day.

It's a beautiful life and sometimes I forget to remind myself how much of a blessing it is to be Sober so thanks for the reminder because tomorrow I'm gonna do my gratitude list instead of rushing straight into work. I need to learn to take time for myself in the morning to prepare myself for the day calm my nervous system, get focused, etc..
