I feel f**king insane sometimes. I’m at a point where all I can do is laugh when sh*t happens. I’m tired.

Good morning Armani, im not sure if this will work for you and who your Higher power is, however, i have been there several times and part of why you feel like that is becuz youre only human, but miraculously Ive said a prayer to my Higher power God, and sat still, breathed and asked Him to realease that confusion, anxity, guilt, whatever it was that made me feel like i was losing my mind. Low and behold, almost immediately I felt a joy and peace beyond my own understanding. I would suggest just trying it and ill pray for you.
